Whether you’re looking to share your faith with others, seeking guidance on your personal journey, or even considering a religious vocation, ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ offers enriching spiritual opportunities for all.
Because JCU is rooted in the Catholic Jesuit tradition, we welcome (and encourage!) students, staff, and faculty of all faiths and worldviews to participate in Campus Ministry and all programs that explore faith and justice.

Carroll Faith Communities (CFCs)
Gather for faith-filled conversation, prayer, and reflection in small groups. Grounded in spirituality and community, CFCs are a safe place to integrate faith with the realities of everyday life.

Liturgy, Worship & Devotions
Attend seasonal celebrations, prayer services, and special Masses. JCU students help priests and ministry staff plan liturgies and serve as lectors, Eucharist ministers, and altar servers.

Immersion Trips
Accompany others in communities abroad or closer to home, from the heart of Appalachia to health clinics in Honduras. Opportunities change each year, but each experience challenges you to connect with the people, culture, and history of the region you’re visiting.

Student Retreats
Search for deeper meaning and purpose during a student-led retreat. Options range from a community-building excursion for first-year students to an eight-day silent retreat based on the teachings of Saint Ignatius Loyola.

Social Justice Initiatives
Inspired by Catholic Social Teaching and dedicated to a “faith that does justice,” Campus Ministry coordinates or contributes to a variety of initiatives on campus and beyond. These include service opportunities, workshops, and fair trade resources.
