Getting involved isn’t just about joining organizations and attending events; you’ll also make connections in the classroom, on the field, and within your residence hall — as well as through service opportunities, faith communities, and study abroad.

Student Organizations
With more than 100 student groups on campus, you’ll find your people. There are clubs related to academics, service, health and wellness, cultural interest, faith, pop culture, performance, and more. Have an idea for one? It’s also easy to start your own!

Club & Intramural Sports
Looking for a little friendly competition? Between a dozen or so club sports and a range of intramural leagues, you’ll have no shortage of ways to stay active. Options include dodgeball, floor hockey, rowing, tennis, and Esports.

Greek Life: Sororities & Fraternities
JCU is home to chapters of several national sororities and fraternities. Gain leadership skills, participate in service activities, and make lifelong friendships – plus become part of a world-wide alumni network.

Student Events & Excursions
Any day of the week, you’ll find something happening. Attend a movie, craft,or bingo night on campus. Or go on an organized off-campus outing, such as a Guardians game in Cleveland or a hiking trip to Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

Campus Traditions
Become part of storied traditions like Christmas Carroll Eve and Jesuit Day of Service, as well as newer additions such as Tower Time. Shared moments like these will stick with you long after graduation.
